This is exactly what's required to get the prime rib that everyone always looks for. It's incredible. I just followed the recipe from spice-guy.com and it was even cooked flawlessly.

I've tried this on a few other things and all I can say is once you've tried it you will come up with numerous uses and they will surprise everyone!!
