This is a really unique rub. It performs fantastically on a prime or cross rib beef roast, and nicely darkens as it cooks. After devouring most of my last roast, I made roast beef sandwiches the next day, and was sure to sprinkle more of this rub on the beef before putting under the broiler to melt the Swiss cheese. It was so good there was no need for horseradish!
