Rippin' Prime Rib Rub $5.95 by Michael Carter Date Added: Friday 03 April, 2009 This is a really unique rub. It performs fantastically on a prime or cross rib beef roast, and nicely darkens as it cooks. After devouring most of my last roast, I made roast beef sandwiches the next day, and was sure to sprinkle more of this rub on the beef before putting under the broiler to melt the Swiss cheese.
